Alpha Omega Shipping is committed to safe, transparent, and accountable service. The following disclosures apply to all clients utilizing our courier, shipping, or freight services:

1. Prepayment Requirement: All packages must be paid for in full prior to release. This includes applicable shipping, handling, and customs charges.
2. Unauthorized Packages: Any packages sent to our U.S. warehouse without proper authorization or payment will be considered unauthorized. We reserve the right to hold, return, or report such shipments.
3. Proof of Payment: Clients must provide verifiable proof of payment for all shipments. Lack of documentation may result in delay or denial of service.
4. Customs Compliance: Customs duties and taxes are re-applied to every shipment. We do not waive or absorb any government-imposed fees.
5. Flagged Shipments: If any shipment is flagged by authorities, it will be declared unauthorized unless valid invoice and payment records exist.
6. No Third-Party Agreements: Only direct communication from Alpha Omega Shipping is binding. Verbal agreements or screenshots from third parties are not valid.
7. Promotional Offers: Promotions are only valid if documented and approved by Alpha Omega Shipping management.
